How do I return my items?
You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Step 1 Email to email@example.com to require a return (including the reason for the return)
Step 2 Waiting for the return confirmation with the return address from us.
Step 3 Send the products back to our warehouse.
Refunds will be applied to the form of the original payment method used to make the order.
- You will receive your refund within 48 hours after we have received your item.
- Please note: Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
- We do not charge any extra fees on returns.
- We offer free returns for the following countries/areas: The United States and United Kingdom
If your country is NOT listed here, you will be responsible for the cost of your return.
- Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
- Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us in resolving your issue.
Received a faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. We will be able to facilitate a free return for you regardless of your location to assist you in the best way possible. Please contact our support team through firstname.lastname@example.org with the following info:
- Shipping address
- Payment account (PayPal only now)
- You required (Refund or Replacement)

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for returns,
- Products must be in same condition (without appearance damage) in which you received them.
- Products must be in same condition (without functional damage) in which you received them.
- Products must be in same condition (without accessories lost) in which you received them.
The following products cannot be returned for three reasons.
- The appearance of the product is damaged
- The function of the product is damaged
- The accessories are lost
- Received product more than 30 days
