1. Order Confirmation
When you place an order through www.uahpet.com, you will receive an email with your confirmation number and order summary within 60 mins. It takes 12 hours to dispatch the package after your order being processed.
2. Change the Shipping Address
Before your order is prepared for shipping, you can’t change the shipping address, to change information or cancel order, please email us at support@uahpet.com
3. Tracking Orders
When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to through E-mail inform so that you can track your package easily by querying logistics tracking number on the net. Or you can check your order, though our tracking service.
